Tension testing/rolling/straightening machine
Each piece of steel core and saw blade being testing/rolling and straightening before delivery by our homemade high precision testing/rolling and straightening machine which arrurate to 0.01mm, proprietary rolling and straightening process results in highest precision and smallest side run-out.
Heat treatment
Continuous quench system to increase strength of saw blade and help control quality.
