Temperature Resistant EFFEMAX 45Mn2V Hot Saw Blade for Precise Hot Rolled Beam Cutting
They are used in circular sawing machines for cutting hot rolled steel sections, steel tube, and steel bar (square, round and flat). Material of cutting workpiese include mild steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, tool steel etc.
Blade material: used quality tool steel, 45Mn2V, 50Mn2V 65Mn, 51Mn7, 46Mn as saw body material.
It is characterized by good comprehensive mechanical property, high hardness and abrasive resistance at the tip of tooth.
Tooth hardness 50-55HRC.

Using condition: The temperature for cutting should be over 750℃, and 800℃ for high alloy steel. It requests the sawing machine with collent water above 3Mpa.
Hot Saws are available from 530mm to 2500mm with the standard slaughter tooth or the V tooth with out flat part as well as customized tooth profiles to suit the customers’ requirements. The hot saw cutting blade requires a copious flow of coolant under high pressure that is directed into the teeth to essentially clear the debris from the tooth gullets and keep it clean and cool with every saw revolution.
Typically, the hot saw blade is surface ground flat with parallel sides or taper ground to a hub for additional side clearance in cutting large profiles. Straighten and tension the hot saw blades for each unique cutting application will also demonstrate the quality that is built into every new blade by providing the cutting performance that can be measured and effectively reduce the cost of operations.
The hot saw is provided with a normalized or tempered body but often can be supplemented with electrode hardened tooth. The teeth are electrode hardened by contacting the edge through a red hot graphite electode at a controlled speed and quenched to achieve a harden cutting edge which gives considerable increased blade life between re sharpening.
