Cutting method
There are 2 milling saw blades to cut along the outer contour of the pipe.
The CNC milling fixed-length flying saw machine is composed of two parts: mechanical structure and automatic control system. The user sets the cutting length, pipe parameters and other information on the operating table, and the CNC milling fixed-length flying saw machine automatically completes the full cycle process of quick start, synchronous tracking, clamping cutting and quick return.
Advantages of profile milling saw
Save saw blades and reduce costs: The saw blades on both sides extend the pipe wall into the cut to realize the imitating pipe wall cutting that simulates the pipe trajectory. Thus, the size of the saw blades used is greatly reduced, and the price of two small-size saw blades is lower than that of large saw blades with conventional cutting methods.
Carbide tipped saw blade, increase strength: It can cut welded pipes with internal ribs and high-strength materials. It has a wider application range and greatly improves the life of the saw blade. The cutting life is more than twice that of ordinary saw blades.
Online cut-to-length, stable quality and high efficiency: According to the cutting pipe type, pipe diameter, wall thickness, production line speed requirements and other working conditions, the cutting solution can be tailored for users through the servo system. Thereby improving equipment efficiency and stability, saving material and time costs.
