Description

In the production or repair process, large circular saw blades need to be heat treated before they can be used. Under normal circumstances, under the action of internal stress and thermal stress during quenching, large deformation may occur. At present, the existing technologies to solve the deformation of the large circular saw blade base mainly include stacking the deformed saw blade bases after quenching, tightening them with bolts, placing them in a large nitrate tempering furnace or air tempering furnace, and slowly heating up. Our hot pressed saw blade tempering and leveling furnace is designed to solve the deforming of saw blade and with feature of high efficiency.

Hot-pressed saw blade tempering furnace: The furnace uses fiber insulation cotton as the insulation material, and the saw blade is fed into and out the furnace by a forklift. The saw blade is tempered in the furnace, and the metallographic structure changes under a certain pressure throughout the whole process, so that the saw blade can ensure the flatness under pressure, and at the same time it can remove the excessive tension on the surface of the saw blade.

After presets the temperature, it will realize the process of warming up, keeping warm and cooling down according to the set temperature in the automatic state.

With function of automatic temperature control, hydraulic pressure, adjusting the metallographic structure of the metal material of the saw blade, adjusting the tension of the saw blade, and realizing the leveling of the saw blade.

The hot-pressing and tempering furnace has a short tempering time, simple equipment structure, easy maintenance in the later period, and high flatness of the workpiece after tempering.

Working time

1. The laser cutting saw blank with milling tooth piece, it is heated to 550 degrees, heated for 2 hours, kept for 2 hours, and ready in about 48 hours.(The ready time is for reference only, generally it can be ready after cooling to 200 degrees.)

2. Tempering at low temperature and softening the tooth tips, heating to 180 degrees, heating for 2 hours, holding for 2 hours and ready about 24 hours.(It is usually ready when it cools down to room temperature.)

3. Tension adjust, heated to 550 degrees, heated for 2 hours, kept for 12 hours, and baked in 62 hours(The ready time is for reference only, generally it can be ready after cooling to 200 degrees.)
