This saw blade tension and rolling machine is mainly apply to circular saw blank run out testing, tension testing and correcting, and the basic structure include: machine base, tension apply mechanism, rolling part, circular saw blade rolling support, measuring device, additional device, run out testing system, hydraulic system, electric system.
Tension test and rolling machine is very necessary for circular saw blades, include stone cutting diamond saw blades, metal cutting saw blades and also TCT saw blades.
But as the metal cutting saw blades thickness is thicker than general diamond saw blades and also taper saw blade is special in thickness, so the traditional diamond tension test machine is not suitable and good enough in daily testing work, then we develop this metal cutting blade specified tension test and rolling machine.
